Jharsuguda, Odisha : Jharsuguda Airport celebrated Yatri Seva Diwas 2025 on 17th September with a strong focus on exceptional passenger services and community outreach initiatives. The event highlighted the airport’s commitment to ensuring that every traveler’s journey is smooth, friendly, and memorable.
On this special day, passengers were welcomed with Diya and Tika, creating a warm and festive atmosphere. The celebration also included tree plantation drives, a blood donation camp, and free health check-ups, emphasizing the airport’s role in promoting community welfare.
To engage the younger generation, school children and traveling kids participated in quiz and painting competitions at SHA. Officials from the Airports Authority of India also visited Kendriya Vidyalaya, Jharsuguda, to brief students on career opportunities in aviation industries.
