New Delhi : Union Ministers across India extended warm Diwali wishes on Monday, calling the festival of lights a symbol of triumph over darkness and good over evil. The Diwali greetings by Union Ministers were heartfelt and widely shared.
Diwali, celebrated with diyas, candles, and prayers to Goddess Lakshmi, represents the victory of knowledge over ignorance and Dharma over Adharma. Diwali greetings by Union Ministers highlighted these themes vividly.
On social media platform X, Union Minister of Commerce and Industry Piyush Goyal wrote:
“Heartfelt Diwali greetings to all fellow citizens! May this sacred festival bring happiness, prosperity, health, and renewed energy into your lives.”
Hardeep Singh Puri, Union Minister of Petroleum and Natural Gas, wished citizens happiness and prosperity, adding:
“May this sacred festival of light bring joy to everyone’s life and inspire truth over untruth.”
Union Minister for Food and Civil Supplies Pralhad Joshi urged citizens to strengthen societal harmony.
“Heartfelt greetings on #Diwali. May the festival bring peace, prosperity, and positivity to every home.”
Union Minister for Communications Jyotiraditya M. Scindia posted:
“May this grand festival of lights illuminate your lives with happiness and prosperity. By the grace of Lord Shri Ram, may our nation continue to progress and flourish.”
Kiren Rijiju, Union Minister for Parliamentary Affairs and Minority Affairs, also extended greetings:
“Happy Diwali! May the divine glow of diyas bring warmth, happiness & success, and inspire us to spread love, peace & harmony across our nation.”
Earlier, President Droupadi Murmu and Prime Minister Narendra Modi also conveyed their Diwali greetings, wishing all citizens happiness and prosperity.
