Brajrajnagar, Jharsuguda : In a shocking incident, police recovered an unidentified man’s body near the IB Railway Station in Brajrajnagar early Tuesday morning. This news of an unidentified man’s body found near the IB Station has raised serious suspicion among local residents.
According to reports, some locals first noticed the body lying close to the station around 6 a.m. They immediately informed the Brajrajnagar Railway Police. Responding quickly, officers reached the spot, seized the body, and launched an investigation into the case.
Preliminary inquiries suggest that the deceased, estimated to be around 40 to 45 years old, had been seen wandering around the nearby areas for the past few days. However, his identity remains unknown. No identification documents were found on him.
The police have sent the body for post-mortem. They are also verifying CCTV footage from the nearby station area to trace the man’s movements. Meanwhile, locals have urged the administration to ensure safety and vigilance around the IB Station area.
