New Delhi : In a high-level strategy session focused on BSNL’s roadmap for the upcoming financial year, Union Minister Shri Jyotiraditya M. Scindia conducted a comprehensive review of performance metrics and business plans across all BSNL Circles.
During the session, the Minister emphasized the government’s commitment to enhancing BSNL’s service delivery and market competitiveness. Key focus areas include the rapid rollout of 4G services, development of secure and spam-free networks, streamlined customer services, and creation of new digital opportunities for youth and entrepreneurs.
The collaboration between BSNL and the Department of Telecommunications (DoT) is expected to play a pivotal role in driving a digitally inclusive Bharat, aligning with the vision of a connected and empowered India.
