Hindon : Op Sindoor teamwork precision shone brightly as Indian Air Force Chief Air Chief Marshal A.P. Singh praised the mission during the 93rd Indian Air Force Day at Hindon Air Force Station. The operation achieved victory in just four days, showing how careful planning, team coordination, and skilled action can bring quick results. Singh said the mission proves India’s air power and excellence in operations.
The Indian Air Force started on October 8, 1932, and has grown into one of the strongest air forces in the world. Its main job is to protect Indian airspace and fight from the air when needed.
During the celebration, Singh praised all air warriors for their courage and dedication. He recalled important moments in IAF history, including protecting Kashmir in 1947, fighting in 1965, helping create Bangladesh in 1971, showing bravery in Kargil in 1999, acting in Balakot in 2019, and this year’s quick success in Operation Sindoor.
He said, “Operation Sindoor is a great example of what can be done with careful planning, practice, and teamwork. Our forces showed that air power can quickly change the outcome of a conflict.”
Singh also praised India’s homegrown defence systems and tools that helped make the mission a success. He stressed teamwork across all units and said, “The Air Force works best when everyone stands together. No challenge is too big when we unite.”
The Chief highlighted humanitarian missions, such as ‘Operation Sindhu,’ where the IAF evacuated people from danger zones and delivered relief supplies to Myanmar, Laos, Vietnam, and Kenya. “The speed, care, and dependability of our personnel show the highest values of service,” he said.
This year’s Air Force Day theme, “Bharatiya Vayu Sena — Achook, Abhedya, aur Sateek”, matches Operation Sindoor’s success, showing the IAF’s focus on precision, teamwork, and readiness. Singh also thanked veterans and paid tribute to martyrs who gave their lives.
He concluded, “Let all air warriors dedicate themselves to serving the country, take the Air Force to new heights, and stay true to our values of Nav Sparsham Deeptam. Jai Hind.”
Op Sindoor teamwork precision now stands as a symbol of India’s military skill and team spirit, proving that planning, teamwork, and skill can deliver fast and decisive results while keeping the nation safe and proud.
