Online Application Begins Today for 3-Year Integrated B.Ed-M.Ed Course in Odisha

No Entrance Test Required; Admission Based on Marks and Reservation – Last Date to Apply is August 17

Bhubaneswar, Odisha : The Higher Education Department of Odisha has officially announced the commencement of online applications for admission into the 3-year Integrated B.Ed.-M.Ed. course across select universities in the state. The application process began on Monday at 11 AM, with students able to apply via the SAMS portal using a Common Application Form (CAF).

The program will be offered in regular mode at Maharaja Sriram Chandra Bhanja Deo University, while Sambalpur University, Rajendra University, and Fakir Mohan University will provide the course under self-financing mode.

No entrance examination will be conducted for admission. Selection will be based solely on academic merit and reservation criteria.

According to the official schedule:

  • The first merit list will be published on August 22.
  • The third-round (waiting list) merit list will be released on September 8.
  • The final list of eligible candidates for admission will be out on September 9, and selected candidates can complete the admission process between September 10 and 11.
  • Classes are scheduled to commence from September 8.

Applicants will also be provided with an opportunity to edit their application forms on August 18, a day after the application deadline.
