Mumbai : Bollywood star couple Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal on Tuesday announced that they are ready to welcome their first child.
In a joint Instagram post, Katrina and Vicky shared their excitement about stepping into parenthood. They posted a polaroid showing Katrina and Vicky gently holding her blossoming baby bump.
“On our way to start the best chapter of our lives with hearts full of joy and gratitude,” they wrote in the caption.
Katrina’s industry friends quickly congratulated her in the comments.

Vicky and Katrina married in 2021 in an intimate ceremony at the Six Senses Fort Barwara Hotel, Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan. Rumors about Katrina’s pregnancy surfaced recently, but the couple stayed tight-lipped until now.
During an award show, Vicky playfully proposed to Katrina on stage in a scripted moment that left her blushing. The couple had first met at a party hosted by filmmaker Karan Johar, where their bond grew stronger.
Professionally, Vicky last appeared in the blockbuster Chhaava, a historical action film about Sambhaji, the second ruler of the Maratha Empire. The film also stars Akshaye Khanna and Rashmika Mandanna.
