Mumbai : Kajol Aryan Khan praised the young actor, saying she is sure his debut show will be even more awesome, highlighting her support for him.
Kajol shared clips and images from the premiere of the series on Instagram. In one clip, she posed next to her husband Ajay Devgn and close friend Shah Rukh Khan as the three bantered about the title of the upcoming show.
Some images showed Kajol posing with Aryan, his sister Suhana, and mother Gauri Khan.
Kajol captioned the post: “With the Ba***ds of Bollywood 😉 congrats @aryan .. only thing more awesome I’m sure will be ur show! Too excited…”
“The Ba***ds of Bollywood” is a satirical action-comedy streaming series that marks the debut of Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan. The series stars Lakshya Lalwani, Sahher Bambba, Bobby Deol, Raghav Juyal, Anya Singh, Mona Singh, Gautami Kapoor, Manoj Pahwa, Rajat Bedi, Manish Chaudhari, Vijayant Kohli, and Rohit Gill. Gauri Khan produces it under Red Chillies Entertainment.
Kajol’s latest film, Sarzameen, directed by Kayoze Irani, stars Ibrahim Ali Khan and Prithviraj Sukumaran. The story follows an Indian Army officer, Colonel Vijay Menon, who discovers his missing son may have ties to a terrorist group while posted in Jammu and Kashmir.
Kajol will next co-host the OTT show Two Much with Kajol and Twinkle, premiering on September 25, alongside Twinkle Khanna. The debut season features a star-studded lineup of guests.
She also stars in Maharagni: Queen of Queens, an action thriller directed by Charan Tej Uppalapati in his debut. Kajol plays the title role, joined by Prabhu Deva, Naseeruddin Shah, Samyuktha, Jisshu Sengupta, Aditya Seal, Pramod Pathak, and Chhaya Kadam. The film follows a mother-daughter story and marks Kajol’s reunion with Prabhu Deva after nearly three decades since Minsara Kanavu (1997).
