Jharsuguda, Odisha : Officials are actively preparing for the District Foundation Day and the grand DulDuli 2026 festival in Jharsuguda. The anticipation for Jharsuguda DulDuli 2026 is growing among the residents. District Collector and Chairman of the District Cultural Council, Kunal Motiram Chavan, led a key preparatory meeting where they finalized the celebrations. They will hold the events from January 1 to 5, 2026, at BTM Padia(Ground), promising a vibrant start to the new year.
The Cultural Committee plans to invite classical dance troupes from across the country, as well as talented performers representing state and local folk art. The Jharsuguda DulDuli 2026 will not only captivate audiences but also enrich the cultural tapestry of the region. In addition, the festival will feature the Pallishree Mela, bringing more excitement and fun for families.

Organizers decided to dedicate one full day exclusively to women-led performances and events, showcasing their creativity and leadership in cultural festivities. District Culture Officer Ajay Jena provided initial updates, while Bimalendu Bhol presented last year’s budget report. Additional District Collectors Brajbandhu Bhoi and Kishore Chandra Swain, along with Sub-Collector Sabyasachi Panda, attended the meeting. District Collector Chavan emphasized
the importance of preserving local art and culture while ensuring the festival’s success, and he urged everyone to contribute actively to the celebrations. Jharsuguda DulDuli 2026 is set to be an unforgettable event, promising enjoyment and cultural enrichment for all attendees.
