Mumbai : Bollywood megastar Salman Khan, known not only for his blockbuster films but also for his philanthropic work through the Being Human foundation, has once again found himself at the center of intense public speculation this time over a possible entry into politics.
The internet went into overdrive after a viral poster surfaced on social media, showing Salman Khan with folded hands and a cryptic message: “Milte hain ek naye maidan mein” (See you in a new arena). The image spread like wildfire, sparking rumors that the beloved actor might be preparing for a political debut.

The speculation gained further traction when Khan himself posted a similar image on his Instagram story, lending weight to the ongoing chatter.
While this isn’t the first time Salman Khan’s name has been associated with politics, past rumors have never materialized into official moves. Notably, in 2019, there were claims that the Indian National Congress had approached Khan for political campaigning. However, both the party and Khan quickly clarified that no formal proposal had been made. The discussion, they stated, was strictly limited to tourism promotion in Madhya Pradesh.
As of now, there has been no official announcement from Salman Khan or his team regarding any political ambitions. Sources close to the actor suggest that the viral poster could either be a promotional stunt or a teaser for an upcoming project.
