Many neighborhoods experienced knee-deep water, making movement extremely difficult for residents. Tragically, seven people suffered electrocution after water seeped into open electric fuse boxes, highlighting the dangers of such extreme weather. Authorities urged citizens to exercise caution and avoid waterlogged streets.
