Los Angeles : Rapper Cardi B revealed why she wants to expand her family during the upcoming season 4 premiere of The Jennifer Hudson Show. In a sneak preview, the 32-year-old Grammy winner opened up about motherhood and raising her three children with ex-husband Offset.
When Jennifer Hudson asked her about the possibility of more kids, Cardi gave a candid and humorous reply. “It’s like the more kids you have, the less of a possibility you go to a home. One of them is going to wipe my b***,” she joked, drawing laughter from the audience.
Cardi and Offset share three children — son Wave Set Cephus, 4, and daughters Kulture Kiari Cephus, 7, and Blossom, 12 months.
The rapper reflected on how each of her children mirrors parts of her personality. “My son, he’s funny like me, and he does a lot of faces that I do. He’s also a little bad. My daughter, she’s very girly like me, she’s got sass, but she’s a good girl,” Cardi explained. About her youngest, she admitted she is “still learning the baby” and figuring out her personality.
She also stressed the importance of keeping her kids grounded despite their privileged lifestyle. Cardi said she ensures they stay connected to their roots by spending time with cousins and friends. “They were just in the Dominican Republic, and my grandma made them clean. I want them to know there’s another world out there that’s not your world,” she added.
Her remarks showed both her humor and her deep commitment to raising well-rounded children while balancing global fame.
