The Bhubaneswar Development Authority (BDA) will consider engaging JLL to prepare a detailed master plan and recommend an optimal product mix for the city’s development. This collaboration follows the MoU signed between BDA and JLL during the visit of the President of Singapore to Bhubaneswar, emphasizing Odisha’s commitment to world-class urban planning.

Smt. Usha Padhee said, “The Bhubaneswar New City Project is a landmark step for Odisha to shape a world-class urban centre that reflects inclusivity, sustainability, and resilience for future generations.”

This initiative reflects Odisha’s vision to develop modern urban spaces that support economic growth, smart infrastructure, and a high quality of life, positioning Bhubaneswar as a model city for India.
