Bhubaneswar, Odisha : For the first time in Odisha, the 3rd All India T-10 Tennis Ball Cricket Championship will be held at Shree Jagannath Stadium, Puri, from September 11 to 14, 2025. The mega sporting event is being jointly organized by the T-10 Tennis Ball Cricket Association of Odisha, T-10 Tennis Ball Cricket Association of India, and Shree Jagannath Darshan Charitable Trust.
The championship follows the spectacular success of its first edition in Lucknow and the second edition in Goa. This year, 25 men’s teams representing 25 states and 6 women’s teams will compete in this high-energy, 10-over, day-and-night tournament.
Former India cricketer Debashish Mohanty will serve as the Brand Ambassador of the championship.
Teams and Group Division :
- Group A: Odisha, West Bengal, Assam, Meghalaya, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh.
- Group B: Maharashtra, Vidarbha, Goa, Karnataka, North Karnataka, Madhya Bharat, Purvanchal, Delhi.
- Group C: Jammu & Kashmir, Haryana, Punjab, Chhattisgarh, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana.
The tournament’s trophy, jerseys, promotional videos, and other equipment were unveiled in the presence of:
- Daitapati Bhawani Prasad Das Mahapatra – President, T-10 Tennis Ball Cricket Association of India
- Santosh Kumar Pradhan – Executive Secretary
- Nishikant Mishra – Executive Chairman
- Brajkishore Das – State Secretary
Speaking at the launch, President Bhawani Das Mahapatra expressed that hosting the championship in Odisha for the first time has created tremendous excitement among players from across the country. “This is not just about cricket, but also a cultural exchange among states,” he said.
The event is expected to bring together cricket talent from every corner of India, while also promoting Odisha’s cultural heritage to visitors.
